Job description

  • Active participation in creating and following the company’s strategy.
  • Managing the company’s internal and external communication, including client management.
  • Coordination of the administrative work within the assigned office.
  • Consulting and assisting manager in daily questions.
  • Working with personnel within the assigned country.
  • Communication with different associates.
  • Daily or weekly reporting to the manager on the results of the branch.
  • Obtaining and maintaining information about vacations, workers whereabouts, living conditions etc.
  • Preparing and collecting necessary documentation and applying visas/permits to our workers.

  • Ability to work independently and follow the given instructions.
  • Representability and well-mannered attitude.
  • Very good written, oral communication and self-expression skills.
  • Ability to make decisions and give feedback when needed.
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills (accommodation, transport, documentations, schedules etc.)
  • Orientated to teamwork and achieving goals.
  • Ability to analyze work and results and make necessary changes based on results.
  • Good stress tolerance and desire to grow with the company.
  • Russian, Lithuanian and English skills must be on level C1.
  • Good negotiation skills.

Gives advantage:

Knowledge of the tax system and current laws.

Knowledge and good skills in MS Office and in other programs related to office work.

Candidate should be ready to go on business trips.
